I would not purchase again, it is difficult to remove and can be quite painful
I use the 7mm thickness and it is excellent with good adhesive and no separating on the sole of my foot even when I walk a lot.
This is a great product. Was buying from a high street chemist until they changed the composition. This holds it shape much better.
