If you are returning a damaged or defective item for an exchange, please notify us at sales@feetlife.co.uk and we will ship the replacement to you at our expense, via the same method you selected when you placed your order. Please pack the return items so that they will not be damaged in transit. Include a copy of your invoice/receipt and a brief note of the reason for return.

Generally, exchanges are processed within 7 working days from the time we receive the returned item. If the item that you wish replaced is not in stock, we will issue you a full refund for the cost of the item and the associated delivery costs.
If you receive an item that you did not order, or if the product you receive is not as you expected. You may return it within 14 days of receipt for a refund, as long as the product has not been opened and all original packaging is still fully intact.
Please notify us at sales@feetlife.co.uk, return the item undamaged and we will issue you a full refund for the cost item, and the any carriage charges associated with the initial delivery.
Please enclose a copy of the documentation (Invoice/Receipt) with your return, along with a brief note of the reason for return.
